Warranty Policy

Every Cybervelo EK6 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery.
1. What is covered
- Frame: structural defects in materials or workmanship
- Motor: electrical or mechanical failure under normal use
- Battery: manufacturing defects and abnormal capacity loss (see section 3)
- Controller, display, and wiring harness
- Brakes, drivetrain, and included accessories at the time of delivery
2. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chain, cables, grips, saddle)
- Damage from accidents, crashes, drops, or misuse
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or third-party parts
- Damage from improper storage, water submersion, or exposure to extreme temperatures
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Bikes used commercially (delivery, rental, racing) unless purchased under a commercial agreement
3. Battery specifics
Batteries are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Capacity loss of less than 30% in the first year is considered normal and not a defect.
4. How to make a warranty claim
- Email support@cybervelopro.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days and may ask for additional diagnostic info.
- Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement of the defective part, or replacement of the bike, at our discretion.
- If a replacement part is shipped, we cover the shipping.
5. Proof of purchase
The warranty is tied to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase (the order confirmation email is enough). The warranty is not transferable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybervelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
