Cybervelo ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit cybervelopro.com, place an order, or contact support, and how we use, share, and protect it.

- Order & account information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you order.
- Payment information: card details are entered directly into our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
- Communication: the content of emails, chat messages, or reviews you send us.
- Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and interaction events, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use your information
- Process and ship your orders and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses.
- Prevent fraud, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the store, our products, and our marketing.
- With your consent, send occasional promotional emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
3. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store:

- Shipping & tracking: our fulfillment carriers and tracking providers
- Analytics & advertising: PostHog, Meta (Facebook Pixel), Google Analytics

Cybervelo ships worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider safeguards where required.

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and warranty, and comply with tax and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years). You can request deletion at any time (see section 7).

We use TLS encryption in transit, restricted admin access, and reputable third-party processors. No system is 100% secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
