Welcome to Cybervelo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cybervelopro.com ("the Site") and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Products & pricing
- We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude any taxes or duties that may be added at delivery.
- Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and other PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
4. Shipping, returns & warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and defects by our Warranty Policy.
5. Safe use of the EK6
E-bikes are subject to local laws that vary by country, state, and city, including maximum motor power, top speed, minimum rider age, insurance, and where the bike may be ridden. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you ride, wearing a helmet where required, and using the bike safely. Cybervelo is not liable for injuries, damages, or fines resulting from misuse or from riding contrary to local law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, videos, product designs — is owned by Cybervelo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems
- Scrape or resell our content or product data
- Post fraudulent reviews or impersonate others
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybervelo's total liability arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Cybervelo and its team against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or product.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Cybervelo operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
